Annotation

The course is intended for very intermediate learners at level A1/A2 according to the CEFR.
The course mainly uses the communicative method. The aim is to develop the ability to communicate in the target language in real situations and to be able to express one's own opinions and attitudes.
The teaching simulates language practice in real contexts, pair and group work is involved.
Students will learn to communicate at a basic level in the following areas: work and personal life, culture, sports, travel, restaurants and food, and will acquire the basics of presentation skills.
Basic grammar areas: word formation, present tenses, past tense, irregular and modal verbs, prepositions of place, time and movement, articles, adverbs.
The course develops all language skills: speaking and listening (in class) writing and reading (outside class - assignments)
