Course for English speaking students.

In this course, you will learn what truly makes a good team and how it differs from simply working in a group. You will discover that every team goes through certain stages that need to be managed to ensure effective collaboration. You will explore which behaviors are desirable within a team and reflect on the dynamics you experience in your own teams. Together, we will also look at the theory of team roles, where you’ll have the chance to identify the roles you and your colleagues tend to take on. In the final interactive exercise, you will experience team dynamics firsthand and gain insights into what this means for your practice.
